NEW STUDENT CONNECTIONS is a great opportunity for new ASU-Beebe students to connect with multiple campus resources, services, and fellow students through a convenient ONE-STOP-SHOP event.
ONE-STOP RESOURCE EVENTS
By attending one of our two-hour sessions you will have a chance to attend a resource fair, visit with a financial aid analyst, and visit a computer lab for hands-on assistance with the Vanguard Portal, ASUB email, and Canvas. The offices available at the One-Stop Resource Events will include:
•Academic Advising
•Financial Aid Office
•Scholarships (Admission & Foundation Offices)
•Cashier's Office (Payment Plans)
•ASUB Email, Canvas, and Vanguard Portal Assistance
•Career Pathways and Trio Student Support Services

ADVENTURE EXPERIENCE
After completing the One-Stop Resource Event’s afternoon session on July 9, 2019, students will stay in the residence halls for an overnight campus experience. Tuesday night, students will be provided with dinner and social events. Wednesday morning, students travel with staff to Wooley Hollow State Park where small groups will be provided an adventurous day of outdoor activities. A cookout will be provided for students. Students will travel back to ASU-Beebe's campus at 2:00PM, with an expected pick up time to be around 3:00PM.
ART & CULTURE EXPERIENCE
After completing the One-Stop Resource Event’s afternoon session on July 23, 2019, students will stay in the residence halls for an overnight campus experience. Tuesday night, students will be provided with dinner and social events. Wednesday morning, students travel with staff to Little Rock where they will explore the art & culture of Arkansas first hand. Lunch will be provided at the River Market. Students will travel back to ASU-Beebe's campus at 2:00PM, with an expected pick up time to be around 3:00PM.
